We do not collect your credit card or payment information. In fact we never see your card number because PayPal handles that for us.
We do not sell or trade any of your information to third-parties.
Using PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay over the internet. You can transfer funds from your PayPal account or just pay with a debit/credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
Your payment information is safe. We cannot "accidentally" charge you again later, in fact we can't even see your credit card or bank account number as PayPal handles all the sensitive information for us.
If you do not wish to pay online please contact us to utilize our offline orders and local pickup service.
Please contact us for your replacement silk screen. To replace:
- Insert a flathead screwdriver in multiple locations around the frame to separate
- Remove the silk screen
- Apply glue to the frame (spray glue or super glue is recommended so the screen can be stretched properly)
- Apply the new silk screen and gently stretch it across as it dries
While we do not cover replacement parts due to user error, we can replace your silk screen for you at the cost of silk screen and shipping.

Within 30 days of shipment, you may return, for money back or exchange, any new, unused product. Opened boxes are subject to a minimum 20% restock fee and must be in like-new, unused condition and contain all parts and accessories.
We will issue a full refund or exchange for items that meet the above conditions. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error by maryjtray.com, if there is physical damage to the product itself, or if a manufacturing defect is discovered during our regular return policy. Restocking fees can be increased in instances where the returned product was damaged due to insufficient re-packaging.
All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please apply for an RMA# by contacting us and provide your name and invoice number. Any product returned without an RMA, with missing or damaged original contents or false claims of damage or working condition will not be refunded.
Refusing A PackageIf you should place an order with maryjtray.com and refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the merchandise in the box, please know that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges maryjtray.com incurred in getting the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return shipping.
Packaging A ReturnAfter receiving an RMA#, you have 7 days within which to have the item shipped and/or postmarked for return (actual shipping time will not count against your Return Time Period). If your return is not sent out within that period of time, maryjtray.com reserves the right to assess a restocking fee or refuse return of the product.
- Please write the RMA# clearly on the shipping label. (Do not write on the box!)
- Pack the product in its original packaging with all original contents.
- Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by USPS only. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Your return will not be accepted without the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping label.
- Please contact us for your RMA# and return shipping address.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
Refunds will be based on the severity of manufacturing defects or shipping damage assesed by 1) the product itself once it has been returned or 2) photos submitted by the customer.
